DISTANCE SELLING CONTRACT FOR DIGITAL SERVICES

This Distance Selling Contract ("Contract") is made between [Company Name] ("Seller"), the provider of digital services ("Services"), and any person or entity purchasing the Services ("Customer").

A legal and/or natural person who purchases the digital service package named PREMIUM by registering and making payment through the website www.linl.ink.

2. DEFINITIONS

"Contract" means this Distance Selling Contract.
"Services" means the digital services purchased by the Customer.
"Price" means the amount paid by the Customer to the Seller for the Services.
"Delivery" means the provision of the Services to the Customer.

3. SERVICES

The Seller shall provide the Services to the Customer. The description and features of the Services shall be set out in the Service descriptions provided by the Seller.

4. PRICE

The Customer shall pay the Seller for the Services. The price for the Services shall be set out in the Service descriptions provided by the Seller. The Seller may determine the payment method used by the Customer to pay the Price.

5. DELIVERY

The Seller shall take all necessary measures to provide the Services to the Customer. Delivery shall be made within the delivery period specified by the Seller. In the event of a delay in delivery, the Seller shall inform the Customer as soon as possible.

6. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

The Customer shall have the right to cancel the Contract within 14 days of purchasing the Services. In the event of cancellation, the Price (excluding shipping costs) shall be refunded to the Customer. Returns of the Services shall be made in accordance with the return procedure specified by the Seller.

Return procedure: Our digital service is only refundable if the service does not work, is available for less than 99% of the month, and these conditions occur except for force majeure. No refund can be made if there is no defect or interruption in the service.

7. WARRANTY

The Seller warrants that the Services shall be in good working condition. In the event of a malfunction, the Customer shall have the right to return, repair or replace the Services.

8. PRIVACY

The Customer's information shall be kept confidential by the Seller. The Customer's information shall only be used within the framework of the Contract.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and shall be interpreted by United Kingdom courts.

This Contract has been accepted and signed by the Parties.

Distance Selling Contract

This contract is made on [Order Date], between Marka Ltd (UK Company Number: 14324921) (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"), having its place of business at 71-75 Shelton Street London WC2H 9JQ United Kingdom, and [Buyer:A legal and/or natural person who purchases the digital service package named PREMIUM by registering and making payment through the website www.linl.ink.] (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"), having its place of business at [Buyer Address].

1. Definitions

In this contract, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

a. "Service" means the digital services that the Service Provider will provide to the Buyer under this contract.

b. "Order" means the request made by the Buyer to the Service Provider for the purchase of Service.

c. "Price" means the total amount payable by the Buyer for the Service, including any taxes and delivery charges.

d. "Delivery" means the time at which the Service Provider provides the Service to the Buyer.

2. Ordering Process

a. The Buyer shall place an Order with the Service Provider by online/web site.

b. The Service Provider shall acknowledge receipt of the Order to the Buyer by e-mail.

c. The Service Provider shall provide the estimated Delivery date for the Service to the Buyer.

3. Price and Payment

a. The Price for the Service shall be as stated in the Service Provider's price list at the time the Order is placed.

b. The Buyer shall pay the Price to the Service Provider by credit card, paypal, stripe or bank transfer at the time the Order is placed.

c. If the Buyer fails to make payment on the due date, the Service Provider may charge interest at the rate of 2.00% per annum on the outstanding amount.

4. Delivery

a. The Service Provider shall provide the Service to the Buyer digitally.

b. The Buyer shall be responsible for providing accurate delivery information to the Service Provider.

c. Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place at the time the Service Provider provides the Service to the Buyer.

5. Cancellation and Returns

a. The Buyer may cancel the Order at any time before the Service is provided.

b. The Buyer may return the Service within 24 hours of Delivery if the Service is faulty or not as described.

c. The Service Provider shall refund the Price to the Buyer within 24 hours of receiving the returned Service.

6. Liability

a. The Service Provider shall be liable for any damage suffered by the Buyer as a result of breach of this contract.

b. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by the Buyer, including loss of profit or business loss.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
